About Dave
Nanaimo is a wonderful place to live, work and play. I personally love Nanaimo and the surrounding area. My personal hobbies are boating through the beautiful waters of our coast in the summer and snow skiing Mt Washington in the winter, my wife and I like to travel and spend time with our family and friends as much as we can. We have two grown children and their spouses and four grandchildren who are also home owners in Nanaimo. I am very passionate about my business and real estate is what I know and understand; I stay on top of the market conditions and work full time in the industry, I continue to further my education with real estate courses. With Dave Thompson Personal Real Estate Corporation's system, it allows me to specialize in; development projects, residential homes and property representing buyers and sellers. Director Vancouver Island Real Estate Board 2007- 2008. I have extensive experience in sales & marketing and will design and implement plans to create effective results using innovative and creative ideas.
